Privacy notice

This site is operated by Nottinghamshire 4x4 Response, a volunteer charity group within 4x4 Response UK.

What we collect

If you use the contact form on this site we store your name, email address, the optional phone number you give us, and the message you sent. We also store the IP address and browser user-agent string of the request, so we can keep on top of spam and abuse.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to reply to your message. We don't sell, share or hand it to anyone outside the volunteer team without your permission, with the obvious exception of legal requirement.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions for as long as they're operationally useful, then delete them. Typically that's no more than a couple of years. If you'd like us to delete your message sooner, email us and we'll do it.

Cookies

The public pages of this site don't set cookies. The admin area sets a single session cookie for logged-in volunteers; that's it.
